Former Public Investment Corporation CEO Dan Matjila is back in the hot seat on Thursday morning.
On Wednesday, Matjila threw the ANC under the bus.
Initially, Matjila did not want to mention the names of prominent members in the ANC that had asked him to facilitate funds for an event for the party.
He accused ANC’s former Treasurer-General Zweli Mkhize of this pressure.
Matjila said Mkhize asked him for help in finding money to host the party’s 2016 January 8 event.
The ANC wanted other PIC beneficiaries to assist as well, Matjila said.
Feeling like he had no choice, he carried out the request.
Matjila has also testified about his soured relationship with then PIC-chairperson and deputy finance minister Mondli Gungubele.
